Dr. Sotelo collaborates with Moh’s surgeons (surgeons who conduct microscopically controlled surgery used to treat common types of skin cancer), plastic surgeons, radiologists, and other dermatologists locally and throughout the nation to ensure the most optimum results for his patients.
He is currently the only dermatologist in the Rio Grande Valley who has Superficial Radiotherapy (SRT) for treating non-melanoma skin cancer.
